Summary

With over 35 years of procurement expertise in the office products industry, I have built a career working with some of the sector’s most influential players — driving product strategies, supplier relationships, and sustainable purchasing initiatives.
 

My journey began with a leading reseller, moving swiftly into the contract market and progressing to head the Product Marketing function. This led to my appointment as UK Merchandising Director at Spicers, Europe’s leading wholesaler, where I deepened my expertise in product positioning and market penetration.
 

Recognising the value of broad product knowledge, I joined market-leading printer supplier ISA as Merchandising Director. The merger of Kingfield and ISA expanded my remit, culminating in a board position.
 

In 2018, I joined Commercial Group as Group Purchasing Director, with sustainable procurement at the heart of my strategy — aligning profitability with environmental responsibility.
 

Across my career, I have led diverse procurement and marketing teams across multiple market channels, gaining extensive experience in category management, supplier negotiation, product and brand development, and team leadership.
